Halp, I'm creating a big fat unordered playlist of classical/piano tracks that suit the mood for cocktails or dinner.

I want to steer clear from anything that sounds too dramatic (Aerith/Sephiroth) or upbeat folksy (Terra/Ronfaure) or depressing (Celes/Zanarkand). Just some smooth easy listening..

Got any suggestions?

Things currently on the list:

FF8 Eyes On Me Piano

FF7 Tifa's Theme Piano

FF4 Theme of Love Piano

FF13 Main Theme Piano

Also considering turning this into an FF radio station if the list gets fat enough...

The <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rArvOH9Ikmo"; target="_blank">Suikoden Piano Collections</a> have some great tracks.

I recommend checking out the rest of the album as well, even if it isn't what you're looking for now, it's still a pretty good album. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-9UExJV2bA&;amp;feature=mfu_in_order&amp;list=UL">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-9UExJV2bA&;amp;feature=mfu_in_order&amp;list=UL</a> - Music Man is a good one that's likely not what you have in mind but still worth checking out.

Chrono Cross: Reminiscence. I don't know how much of a fit Mitsuda is for a cocktail party, but this is probably one of the more iconic pieces from the game's soundtrack and pretty easy to listen to.

Crono
Crono can cross dimensions too!

Sitting here with an awesome craft beer and I could listen to Reminiscence on loop for an hour. TK, you da man.

Unfortunately I don't have anything to add since most of my choices are listed (Suikoden and choice FF Piano). If there is a CT piano album out there I'm unaware of then I'd go with that. Until then...

Currently Playing: Dark Cloud 2: 3 hours.
Also Playing: CT, FF VI, Solatorobo, Secret of Mana, Halo 4.
Just Finished: Fable II: 7 hours.

Sanks! Trying to think of more piano tracks, was thinking Ys but that is "too" easy listening. Need something a bit more jazzy.

Jazzy, huh? Here's an interesting one: Rolling Down the U.M.N., Xenosaga III.

Chrono Cross - <a title="Dream of a Shore Bordering Another World" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROKcr2OTgws"; target="_blank">Dream of a Shore bordering another world</a> I hope this doesn't fit in as depressing though.

First then that came to mind is the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=If_nAMXaXmY&;amp;feature=BFa&amp;list=PLB4C1A64798777AC2&amp;lf=results_main">Brink of Time</a> Chrono arranged album. The tracks range from terrible to pretty good, but there's some okay background cocktail music in the lot.

<a href="https://youtu.be/ipkg8glC_u0";>Chronomantic</a> is a great background track.

A lot of Chrono Cross tracks would work I guess.

Here's a few more from another Mitsuda tribute album

<a href="https://youtu.be/pY3MKbzPzck";>To Good Friends</a>

<a href="https://youtu.be/hp8K79yNPro";>Star of Hope</a>

From the same album, "Gentle Wind", "Good to be home" and Terminacoustica would work well, but I can't find them on youtube.

Whenever I hear Costa Del Sol from FF7, I picture people in fancy clothes lounging around with elaborate cocktails.

How'd I forget Travel Agency? Probably the swankiest of FFX's Piano Collection. This has a kind of Peanuts Linus-and-Lucy feel to it - I'm more likely to be tossing back a G&amp;T than a Sam Adams to this one.

Costa del sol is one of my faves, a bit too beach-y for this purpose tho.
