Whitney wasn't terrible. She's pretty, at the least. But it doesn't stand up to the rest of NBC's Thursday night.

"I'm Ron Swanson, and you're Leslie Fucking Knope." Almost perfection.

Community did quite possibly the greatest spoof of 2001 I've ever seen last night. Excellent season premiere in general.

Community was incredible. Modern Family was also incredible.

Deep Water Horizon

Now that my Netflix Watch Instantly days are over, I'm getting started on the new TV season. I'm definitely liking Ringer so far, and I enjoyed the pilot to The Playboy Club.

I also finished season five of How I Met Your Mother (I'm behind). It's still great at this point.

Currently playing: Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box, Picross DS
Last played: Time Hollow (good)
Last watched: Agent Carter (very good)

Fox is delaying Fringe's online viewing for eight days after broadcast (they did the same for House); little do they know I have no scruples in regards to "pirating" a television show that broadcasts over the air for free.

I thought the role-playing was funny, and she's hot, so I won't quit on it yet. There's no other new comedies I'm bothering to watch (How to be a Gentleman looks dead on arrival).

Revenge and The Secret Circle started well enough.

Dear Doctor Who:

I had forgotten what a good episode was. DON'T DO THAT AGAIN, OKAY

I've been there, hombre.

Advance reviews on the Doctor Who finale say it still leaves dangling plot threads. I like a underscored mystery, but at this point there's literally a dozen or more unanswered questions/mysteries/plot points that it's driving me crazy.

In The God Complex, when the "Do Not Disturb" sign falls to the floor of the holographic chamber, was that a few notes of the Gallifrey theme I heard? And what was up with the clown and the fish bowl?

New Girl was definitely quality and if you didn't watch Happy Endings last season(it was a mid-season replacement last year), thats starting up this Wednesday and is a pretty funny show.

To be entirely fair, we went two years without an answer to some of the questions that plagued the tenth doctor, until the specials finally brought some closure.

yes

Glee was okay but Sue being evil, Quinn feeling rejected, Santana being a double agent, glee club looking for new members... not really original, no?

That Glee Project girl was pretty great though.

I have a blog. This is its URL. You should read it. It's about education and skepticism and books and it has a lot of pictures of Batman and Robin in it: https://baldermoon.wordpress.com/

Breaking Bad has been boring me a little this season. I realize they're going for tension and build up, but there's been a couple episodes in which absolutely nothing happened to further the plot.
It's still lightyears ahead of everything though.
