It was revealed in Famitsu today that FFX HD is coming to the PS3 (which alleviates some recent concern that it'd been made Vita only) and is coming with an HD remaster of Final Fantasy X-2 as well. On top of that, both games are based on the International versions of each respective game. This means that Final Fantasy X includes the Expert Sphere Grids (For comparison, original vs. expert), the Dark Aeon boss fights, and the Penance superboss fight, while X-2 includes the Festival Goer and Psychic Dessspheres, Last Mission, and the ability to capture and use monsters and characters from FFX and X-2 while within the tower Last Mission takes place in. On PS3, both games are packaged together on one Blu-Ray, while on Vita both games will be released separately. Having played FFX International (the only version released in PAL territories was the International version, and the JP International Version included that entire localisation in addition to the japanese text, so the whole game could be played in English), it's pretty awesome. I really loved the new spheregrids and boss fights, it really made the game worth playing again. I'm also really looking forward to playing FFX-2 International; that game's story may be ass, but the battle system is incredibly fun and I always wanted to try out the new dress spheres because they sounded like a lot of fun. Definitely looking forward to this more than ever now.
