Insert witty remark here.

As a fan of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, I am very excited to finally see a full blown sequel being released for it.  I'm pretty sure its being released on the Xbox One and PC in addition to the PS4.  Really hoping this is at least as good as HR, but hopefully bigger and better.

I was really enjoying DE:HR right up until the first boss.  It's one of those games I keep trying to give a chance to (because it hits a lot of my nerd buttons).  This trailer sold me on giving it yet another go (and getting the Director's Cut, I guess).

Obligatory "I asked for this" joke?

But seriously I'm excited. Played first one and director's cut on PC. Guess I'll have to get this for ps4 as I doubt my pc will handle it.

I still haven't tried Human Revolution.  It's on my download list (was free from PS+), but I have such a huge backlog and it seems so daunting that I don't know if I'll ever get to it.

Deus Ex: HR was actually surprisingly fun for me. I've completed all the achievements in Steam and I can still see myself playing it through again. Really excited for this one.

I hope they have more flashy/awesome takedowns though.

The Director's Cut did improve on the one big problem Human Revolution had with the boss battles.

Consider my interest piqued in the sequel.

A stealth game is like a puzzle.

DE:HR's boss battles are what happens when that puzzle achieves sentience half-way through and flips the table you're building it on over and starts punching you in the face.

Director's Cut was way better with the boss battles. They were remade by the real HR team and incorporated different approaches and tactics instead of being outsourced.

Director's Cut in general was just better. The DLC integration into the main game was a nice touch.

And yeah, if you go to the DX main site, they confirm PC and Xbox One versions. It was just a PS4-only reveal because Sony was the one doing it.
