The sense of exploration and wonder is incredible. I'm going to spend a hundred hours in this game without furthering the plot, I bet. My one complaint is the controls. Jump, sprint, and crouch are not where they should be. You can't map the controller either (hoping you can in a future patch).
The Hulk said: Holy crap who thought the breakable weapons were a good idea? There are a couple of neat touches here and there but this is essentially just another Zelda game, do not believe any reports that this is some kind of breakout title or revolution for the series. The review scores are mental and I can only attribute them to being bought or affection for the series. This isn't even close to being one of the best games ever.

The Hulk said: Gotta be honest, everything defense of it you make sounds like "the problem lies with you, not the game". I bought Witcher 3 yesterday, played a few hours at the very most, not even sure if I love it yet but it just does literally every single thing better than this game. It's crazy how much praise BOTW is getting for not even being half the gamre this is. I really feel it's a matter of the game being seriously flawed and not just some difference in tastes.
