Cobra Commander blows up London. All of it. Every single Londonite is dead.

One of the GO JOEs was five feet away from Cobra Commander when he presses his Fuck London button and does nothing to stop him.

And it's not like Ozymandias where we didn't know what was happening, Cobra Commander was having a Dr. Evil style skype session with the World Leaders saying he was gonna Fuck London and then he Fucked London and GI JOEs did nothing to prevent it from happening.

But the FUCK YEAH AMERICA GI JOEs catch him, and they get a big medal ceremony like at the end of Star Wars IV. Smiles and applause. Happy ending. Fuck London. Fade to black.

They tried too hard, it was too much by the numbers in the first movie. American leader, check. French dude, check, etc.

Even though it is a little jingoistic I do feel it's the better movie. All the actors seem to be having so much fun, Dwayne Johnson in particular.

I am going to see this only beause I am curious how they handled Duke (Channing Tatum) in the movie because in the original cut (and the reason for the dealy) he was supposed to die.

I didn't like the first movie but the trailer for this was actually half decent and The Rock is a much better lead for these kind of movie.

But wow it actually managed to be worse than the first one, this is just an ugly mess. While the first one was bad but silly (so it had an excuse) this was bad but with an identity crisis.

It's bad enough that this sequel didn't feature any of the old characters (except like 2 or 3) but half of the movie was revealing something we already knew.

I give this a F

It was better than the first but that isn't saying much considering the first was complete ass.

As for how they handled Channing Tatum, because I refuse to acknowledge that he was ever supposed to be Duke.

He fucking dies within the first 20 minutes and what might actually constitute proof of there being a just God in this world...STAYS DEAD.....hallelujah!!!!!!

Dwayne Johnson was good as Road Block but then again he damn well should be given the character is pretty much The Rock...with literal big guns.

Bruce "I'll do anything nowadays as long as I get a big paycheck" Willis was simply doing his typical shtick.

Adrianne Palicki fills the obligatory eye candy for the guys this time out.

Accept I'd hardly call Storm Shadow a GO JOE. He's there for one reason and one reason only and it ain't about saving anything.

Thank goodness they fixted Snake Eyes's face covering in this one. Much better than having that stupid mouth mold that they used in the first one.
