It's finally here! The summer event is usually a smaller affair that is held in one of the contributors homes but they've outgrown it by far so it's going to be more like the traditional January event which means more people and more money raised! This year they are raising money for Doctors Without Borders. The event starts at 2pm EST and will last until Monday night. There are going to be some great runs, some big surprises, bidding wars, races, you name it.

As always, they've got several amazing tshirts from the Yetee for $11 and $3 of that goes to the charity. stock up!

I've been looking forward to this, though unfortunately most of the runs I'm most interested in seeing are happening while I'm either at work, sleeping in preparation for work, or at a cousin's wedding. I am definitely looking forward to the FFIV Die Hard% run since there's no way I'm going to be able to catch FFV this time (but at least I did see that during Crystals for Life). I'm also going to be getting that FFIV shirt from the Yetee, and I'm considering the Kirby one as well.

That Kirby shirt is awesome, but I'm not too wild about the FF4 one. It's not quite as awesome as the FF6 and 9 ones she did.

Yeah, it's definitely the weakest of the three but I still bought it.

Dude, the LttP run was great (sub 1:30 at a marathon is nuts... let alone a 1:27!) and the Super metroid 100% has gone really smoothly too. Zoast has only missed one or two more than minor tricks at the point of entering Tourian.
