Horizontal Lines on an LCD TV

Hopefully someone here can help with my little issue here, hopefully it'll be cheaper than what a late night google seach figures.

Anywho, late last night I notice that there's a thin but noticable line(well two really) running horizontally for about 3/4 of the width on the lower half of the TV. Not the greatest look and from what I've read it may be the board or just a simple tube and if I'm lucky I could possibly get the manufacturer to supplement it. Otherwise it could very well be cheaper to get a new TV which I don't particularly want to do since this thing is barely past the 2 year mark. It's a 46" Samsung LCD btw, don't have the model # right in front of me atm.

Any thoughts?

I think I do...

I'm not sure how much luck played into this, but I got a freebie Samsung TV from a friend (quite small, a 22") because it displayed everything green and wrapped everything 1/4 left around the screen. When I called tech support, after having jumped through their hoops, I was told that I would need to ship it to New Jersey, where it would be looked at and I would be charged fifty dollars, then they would fix it and be charged more for the fix because it wasn't under any warranty. However, they never took any payment information. It cost 30 dollars to ship it, it returned nicely fixed, and I still haven't paid anything more.

I'm not sure if that's helpful at all, but you definitely might look into the manufacturer fix, but stay wary.
