I've seen two episodes of this on Netflix, one with David Spade and one with Judge Judy. I enjoyed both of those.

The one with David Spade was much like what I expected, with Norm being goofy like how he was on SNL and elsewhere and David was David. They did have some good interview moments where i learned interesting things about the guest.

Judge Judy was very good. Norm can be an excellent interviewer and if the show gets any traction and keeps going, he could really develop.

Norm Mcdonald is weird to me. I thought he was funny as SNLs weekend update news caster, but never really found his stand up funny. But some people claim he's the funniest comedian out there. I might have to give this show a chance.

I've watched more comedians' specials on Netflix over the past year than I have ever before. If I went by stand up, I would definitely go Seinfeld at number one. Norm's special is nowhere near Seinfeld, but it did have its moments and I enjoyed it.

Need to watch more examples of this new show, see how Norm continues to do with the interview format (and he has a sidekick who is kind of iffy as well).
