Anyone else happen to pay attention to some of the announcements that came out of this?

The Outer World looks interesting. It will be broken as shit when it launches but I will still pick it up as it is looking like the only thing out there other than the incoming Starfield that will scratch that Mass Effect itch.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 exclusive to Switch, The Last Campfire, a new Dragon Age, Mortal Kombat 11.

Some stuff is obivously more exciting than others, but I was kind of excited seeing some of these announcements.

It seems everything I'm waiting for pretty much comes from Sony, so, eh, meh, nah.

The Outer Worlds is easily the game I'm most interested in out of the announcements, being headed by the creators of the original Fallout. It did carry an old-school Fallout vibe mixed with some Mass Effect mixed with some Borderlands. And I love how the trailer seemed like Obsidian was trolling Bethesda (who totally deserves it, by the way, after the noxious dumpster fire that has been Fallout 76).

Also looking forward to Mortal Kombat 11. Bring on Corrupted Raiden and possible time travel in the Story Mode.

Fuck Dragon Age, though, in fact, fuck Bioware in general now.

Agree with the fuck Bioware sentiment, but I am still hopeful they turn it around. I like their historical book of work too much. I am still holding out hope we get a proper Mass Effect trilogy remaster and another proper entry into the series.

Unlikely, but a guy can hope.

Can't say I paided any attention to it. But a new Mortal Kombat should be fun. I would perhaps be excited over Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 if I had a switch. I enjoyed playing the first one with my kids but never got around to the second one.

And that, as they say, is that.
