Turns out if you have 120 love points for Aeris she tells Cloud that she was hoping he was jealous or envious of when she talks about Zack. Case closed, I don't feel bad anymore.
This is the scene before the Red Dragon fight. The part where Cloud is entranced by Sephiroth and standing in front of the Meteor mural laughing. This is a portion of the removed dialog. When Sephiroth responds to Aeris I got a chill knowing that in the next chapter he is going to kill her.
*Temple of the ancients*
[Sephiroth]: During the time when the Ancients prospered there existed beings that gew up bathed in abundant Mako.
[Sephiroth]: They were pure creatures of natural shape. Several remain even now.
[Sephiroth]: These beings sealed their consciousness within materia, altering their lives for eternity.
[Aeris]: The summon materia...
[Sephiroth]: Correct. Such a clever girl.
[Sephiroth]: The creatures that protect this temple have lived long, relics from the age of the Ancients.
[Sephiroth]: They belong to this planet even more than you do.
[Sephiroth]: Heh heh heh... Keep that in mind.
Going through these deleted concepts/dialogs.... at the same time the game is getting remade in what looks to be a very honorable way... I'm so geeked out. I gotta be honet, I am VERY hyped up and that is terrifying knowing SE's track record since becoming SE. Can you imagine how crazy some of these scenes are going to be... seeing a 3d model act out the insane side of Cloud, the deaths of tons of NPCs that will no doubt keep the dark and somber atmosphere we got in the first version, the music, the mother fucking music, the ride into Gold Saucer, the consquences of not saving the huge materia, how fucking scary the Shinra Mansion is going to be, walking out of a jail cell in the middle of the night with blood smeared everywhere, the midgar zolom. I am fucking on board! March can't come soon enough!
