So I've downloaded a few PSOne titles, Limbo, Resident Evil 5 Gold, some Alice DLC, from the Playstation Store and I'm wanting to change my PSN ID. My question is, if I did this, which would require me deleting my old account and making a new one, would I lose access to my downloaded games and DLC in the future if I wanted to, for example, put some of the PSOne titles on a PSP (I know they wouldn't be deleted from my system unless I do it manually) or if they got deleted by mistake could I ever download them again?

Download access to purhcased items it tied to your PSN ID. So if you wanted to download something on another system or redownload something you've deleted, you have to use the ID that you bought it with. Of course you could always just remember that old ID/password. Once you've downloaded a game, any user of that console can play it.

Seems like it'd just be easier to make a new account while keeping my old one for the purpose of re-downloads, if needed.
