As soon as you set off for the Cerberus base I think you're pretty much locked in with whatever war assets and readiness percentage you have until the end of the game. Maybe if you were to save before Priority: Earth you could boost up your readiness with multiplayer, but I'm not entirely sure if that'd do anything.
