It's so weird the way things are set up in the U.S.; in Argentina, being a "locavore" vegetarian is the cheapest option of them all, given that we still have local green grocers that simply get their produce from local people all due to practicality and economical issue

I admire people who are vegetarian for ethical reasons. Never tried to do it seriously, I wonder if I can... But each time, I enjoy more salads / risotto, and god, I love mushrooms , it´s an excellent protein source...
