Died back in July. Terrible news. :( Never really listened to FF Radio, but it's still sad.

How old was he and what did he die of?

EDIT: Just went to his personal website and it said he was born late in 1962, so he would've been turning 50 this year.

He was fighting an illness for several years, I don't know what but it sounds like it was painful and debilitating, yet he never made a deal out of it online or anything.

Shit man, I talked to this guy a few times back when I was doing the FF500 thing. He really liked it and actually linked to the project from his site while it was still active. Seemed like a really nice guy and a really avid FF fan. I've visited FF Radio every once in a while since then, but I apparently missed this. :(

It is really sad what he had to go through. He friended me on Facebook back in late December 2009 after reading my review of the Distant Worlds concert I had attended earlier that month. I didn't really converse with him much but I was somewhat aware that he was going through some really serious stuff. It's a real shame.
