I can't believe I missed out on this completely. I like Speed Runs, Let's Plays, and Desert Bus. This is awesome. Do they usually do them at about this time every year?

The SDA ones are Awesome Games Done Quick in January, and Summer Games Done Quick in either June or July. Although SGDQ isn't nearly as popular. There are also a bunch of smaller marathons from September to November.

The smaller ones are much more community based and not really any specific time (2012's happened to have most in the Fall). Also, if you aren't following one or two specific people you may never know about them.

There will be a Final Fantasy marathon hosted by Poxnor, one of the bigger original contributors in March. I'll put up the appropriate details as the event approaches.

Currently Playing: Dark Cloud 2: 3 hours.
Also Playing: CT, FF VI, Solatorobo, Secret of Mana, Halo 4.
Just Finished: Fable II: 7 hours.

Ah, I thought last years smaller streams happening in the fall was the norm. My mistake.

I just remembered that on June 27th to July 1st is Shark Stream 2013, which will have speedruns and art requests.
