Give Life Back To Music

Oh yeah?  I always have my doubts about those things being scams.  But if it worked for you, maybe I should look into it!

I think I do...

Workout videos are usually alright, but you can typically find similar content on youtube.

I biked 4 miles to and from work (with plenty of hills) and ate mostly salads, chicken, and various sandwiches this last summer. I don't know what my weight did, but I certainly felt leaner and more fit. I'm excited to go back to that lifestyle after college in a few months.

Typically I just rock climb/boulder for fitness with casual cycling around campus.

A mental Dentist's office

Monday I made a new friend at the campus gym. A young under grad explained how to best do my curls. We wound up meeting again on Wednesday to do arms and chest and HOLY SHIT he kicked my ass.

This sounds like the start of a beneficial gym partneership. The only problem is he goes for a two hour long work out at 11am. I'll have to work around it.

Consistantcy does get easier. I've hit the point now where if I don't lift, I start to feel weird. LIke, really weird. My week to two weeks off a year can be heck. It's good to do it, because you want your body to REALLY FULLY heal now and then, but I spend it going "I WANT TO LIFT. I WANT TO LIFT. I WANT TO LIFT ARGH."
I shudder at how much you can bench press...

I just really liked it because of how quick it is.  Something longer is easier to avoid doing.

I am not a fan of exercise videos. You do not get the feedback you might require in regards to technique and for the most part they show you one particular program or routine which works for them and offers no variety (which is require over the long term). Plus you're most likely watching these videos in your own home which can make it easier to avoid exercising for some people.
