Weapons in Final Fantasy VI are interchangeable, based on the character class and the type of weapons they can wield. Initial weapons (weakest) are equipped by default. More powerful weapons can be found in treasure chests or purchased at weapon shops.

Each character has a series of special attacks known as skills. Some require equipped weapons or accessories to function while others depend on the experience level of the character for their availability. Some characters have a single skill ability while others have multiple ones.

Learning Blitzes for Sabin
In order for Sabin to learn new Blitz techniques, he must reach a certain experience level. The following list shows what experience levels will allow him to learn new Blitz techniques.

Sabin can only acquire Bum Rush from Duncan's House after reaching experience level 72.
