L I M I T   B R E A K   P R O P E R T I E S
Each character has a series of special attacks known as Limit Breaks, available when the character's limit break bar reaches its maximum. The limit break bar grows as characters are attacked. The more powerful the attack received, the greater the bar will grow. As characters fight in battle and use their limit breaks, they can acquire new, stronger limit breaks. Additionally, characters have a final, 4th level limit break that's acquired via item.

Limit Break Lists
Limit Breaks are listed in the format below, sorted by their level.

Limit Break Name
Level/Limit Break #

Description of the limit break. All previous limit breaks your character has learned can be used, but only one type per battle. Level 4 limit breaks require an item to learn. All previous limit breaks must be learned to obtain the level 4 limit break.
Acquring New Limit Breaks
In order for your character to learn new limit breaks, they must either attack a number enemies in battle or use their current limit break a certain amount of times. The following lists show what action is necessary to acquire new limit breaks.

1/1: This limit break is learned and enabled by default.
1/2: Use your first limit break 8 times.
2/1: Kill between 40-80 enemies, based on your characters strength and AP. Vincent requires only 20-40 enemies to acquire this level.
2/2: Use your first level 2 limit break 6 times.
3/1: Again, kill between 40-80 enemies, 20-40 for Vincent.
3/2: Use your first level 3 limit break 4 times.
4: Acquire the item in this field from the location available and use it on its respective character. You must have learned all previous limit breaks for it to function.
