|
Increases character HP when this magic is
equipped.
|
Str
|
Increases character strength by this
value. Strength is the measurement of power the
character can inflict on an enemy.

Vit
|
Increases character vitality by this
value. Vitality is the measurement of how much your
character can be cured using a recovery spell.
|
Mag
|
Increases character magic power by this
value. Magic power is the measurement of
effecitveness and power the character can inflict
on an enemy with magic. This value also determines
the ability to successfully draw magic.

Spr
|
Increases character spirit by this
value. Spirit is the measurement of natural defense
against status ailments and is reflected on
junctioned status defenses.

Spd
|
Increases character speed by this value.
Speed is the measurement of time it takes the ATB
gauge to reach maximum, allowing the character to
initiate a command.
|
Eva
|
Increases character evasion by this
value. Evasion is the measurement of avoiding a
physical attack, resulting in a "Miss!"
|
Hit
|
Increases character hit success by this
value. Hit is the measurement of landing a physical
attack on the enemy.

Luck
|
Increases the chances of character
survival during a battle, based on the
circumstances of enemy characteristics.

 Magic Junctions
How does magic effect the elemental and status
offense/defense properties of my character?

Elemental Attack/Defense
Junctions the elements to either defense or attack. Defense
elements protect from being damaged by that element through
a physical attack or magic. Attack elements inflict the
element on the enemy when attacked. The absorbtion,
nullfication, and infliction of elements are based on
percentage.

Status Attack/Defense
Junctions the status ailments to either defense or attack.
Status defense protect from being damaged by that ailment
through a physical attack or magic. Attack ailments inflict
the ailment on the enemy when attacked. The absorbtion,
nullfication, and infliction of status ailments are based on
percentage.

Status effects can be both
benefical and fatal. Certain
effects help recover lost
HP or cure damaging ailments
while others can inflict
damage based on attributes and
weaknesses. Magic, items, and
equipment all cause status
effects.

Berserk
| Causes the target to
physically attack
uncontrollably for the
duration of the
battle.

Confuse
| Disables ability to determine
ally from foe and uncontrollably attacks anything.
|
Curse
| Disables the
character's crisis level
from increasing,
preventing Limit
Breaks.
|
Darkness
| Significantly reduces attack accuracy,
resulting in missing most physical attacks.

Death
| Instantly dispatches
the target.

Earth
