In a movie, perhaps, but in a FF game you should have a 2nd half at least to enjoy the plots new direction. That's just my opinion. Not to say that FFX and beyond didn't have some cool reveals to further deepen their stories, I just felt those reveals were trying to make up for a basic bitch game.

Enkidoh said: I'm still about 9 hours in and still on Chapter 1, and not once have I felt like I need to be anywhere in any particular hurry - nowhere does it seem the fate of Eos is in the balance and everything will go to hell if we don't hightail it to Altissa or wherever it is. Supposedly Noctis needs to go there to marry Luna but, I haven't felt any pressing need for that to take place in that the game itself is just too laid back in it's execution for it's own good - Noctis and his friends just come across as a bunch of college age kids out on a camping trip rather than usual FF protagonists.
