My brother just got FFXI and after spending all day installing it and getting all the updates, he's at the part where he has to merge his Playonline account with his Square-Enix account, but whenever he tries it doesn't work and he gets an error saying the Playonline ID can't be transferred and it directs him to a S-E support page. He says he's doing everything right and there's no answer on the support page. Does anyone know what to do?
