We've had all but the last 43 minutes of 2012, just waiting for the clock to strike 12 to pop open the bottles of grape juice. No, I can't get drunk today, slightly ill after working in the office from Saturday afternoon to early this morning. Yes, my boss is evil. EVIL. I'll petition for a final boss to be named after him.

Anyway, I could only hope all of us had a generally good 2012 as we look forward to a 2013 free of bogus doomsday predictions. That said, what major news are you most looking forward to in the coming year?

Well two and a half hours into 2013 and I can't fault it yet. Hope everyone has an enjoyable NYE; I forgot to, uh, do anything except play video games.

Happy New Year, sweetpeas!.
Last year was the worst year my husband and I had in at least 16 years, so here's hoping this one will see us returning to a normal, uneventful life. And I hope it'll be a great year for all of you, too!.

Oh goddess Spoony, you just had to post that scene from Trading Places (I loved that movie!). ;)

2012 can burn and roast in hell for all eternity. Mostly had bad luck for much of the year and little to commend it. My horoscope for this year I read in the paper today however was very positive (usually it's telling me to save money and be cautious, so telling me to enjoy life and that I'll be 'experimenting with a new style and persona' is making me cautiously optomistic for the new year). :)

Should be a good year for me, what with me doing the crazy thing and getting myself a 16 game pass to the Yankees this year.

Hello! I decided to venture back to FFOnline only to discover that it was gone! A website explained what happened and hence I found myself in this place. I hope the past few years have been good for you. I've just downloaded FFVII PC and I'm enjoying the nostalgia (though the save system is dodgy). Anyway, why am I talking about actual FF in the General Chat section of the forums?! It's good to see some familiar names. No doubt a lot of people's lives are very different now from when we last spoke and I look forward to learning about them.
