Though, I will feel sad saying goodbye to Shepard.

I love the Last of Us and the Fall of Cybertron trailers, some of the best I've seen in awhile, I wonder if the games will hold up

I've been debating buying a PS3 for a while now and The Last of Us might have just pushed me over the edge. That is if it maintains a level of realism throughout. I don't want super zombies or stupid weapon building systems!

I read something a long long time ago where they said ME3 will be the end of shepards story, but it won't be the end of Mass Effect.

It won't, they've been saying that for a while. There's definitely more Mass Effect to come, they aren't abandoning the series after ME3. But it'll definitely be the end of Shepard's story. If TOR is a success (it will be), I will not be surprised to see a more action oriented MMO at some point. The setting practically begs for it.

As expensive as TOR was, EA and Bioware both said they'd be able to break even with about 400-500k buys. The game currently has about 900k preorders, not counting digital copy purchases. Nothing can kill WoW but WoW, (yeah, they've been losing subscriptions by the millions, but most of them are in China; game's about as strong as ever in the US) but TOR is easily in a position to be a very successful number 2. Those are very big numbers for an MMO and most of them don't even see a million active players in their lifetime, let alone at launch.
