Taller Than Tall

As far as I'm concerned, Priority: Tuchanka is the crowning achievement of the Mass Effect trilogy.

Spoiler: Move your mouse over the container to reveal.
Even playing Renegade, I don't see how I could deceive the Krogan and sabotage the genophage. Now that I've seen how it all unfolds I'll never choose that option to find out either. Mordin dies, the cure starts spitting out, the music hits, you see Wrex...I'm not going to cry, I'm not going to cry...

So beautifully well done.

I'll tell you how.

Spoiler: Move your mouse over the container to reveal.
Kill Wrex in ME1 and destroy Maelon's research in ME2, killing Eve in ME3.  Urdnot Wreave is a dick who openly and explicitly plans on taking revenge for his people once the Genophage is cured.  Everything the Dalatress tells you she's afraid of the Krogan doing?  Wreave is all about it, and without Eve there to guide and balance him there's basically no reason why the Krogan won't immediately begin aggressive expansion once the war is over.

The Krogan under Wreave's leadership is a whole different animal.

The number of variables that go into that mission is pretty staggering.

Wrex:
Spoiler: Move your mouse over the container to reveal.
Also, sabotaging the Genophage while Wrex is alive leads to a fucking heartbreaking scene on the Citadel where he shows up to kill your traitorous ass.  If you don't pull the Renegade trigger during the cutscene, Bailey and some other random C-Sec chode shoot him.  If you do pull the trigger, Shep does it hisherself.

It was... difficult to watch.

ALSO, random lolworthy headscratcher:
If Wrex dies in ME1, his name shows up on the memorial wall... Despite the fact that Shepard (or Kaiden/Ashley) stone-cold murdered him.  Classy.

Spoiler: Move your mouse over the container to reveal.
I realize she wasn't a great character or anything but for her to get killed in cold blood, off screen, and as far as i saw no spot on the memorial wall was disappointing.

She was my private dancer. :'(

Thanks Reido, now I don't have to ever worry about the other side of the coin. I'll keep my happy, hope-filled side of things. It helps that Wrex and Mordin are easily my favourite characters in the series.

Actually...

Spoiler: Move your mouse over the container to reveal.
When you meet Kelly again, tell her to change her identity. Doing so, she'll change her name and what she looks like, and when Cerberus invades the Citadel, Kelly'll survive. Also, if you have her as a romance in Mass Effect 2 where she dances for you in your cabin, you can romance her again after the Cerberus attack.

More Kelly spoilage:
Spoiler: Move your mouse over the container to reveal.
If you tell her she betrayed you (my wife did this on accident), she freaks the fuck out.  Later you find out she popped a cyanide capsule.

"Whoa, there, don't go all blood rage on me."

It's that deadpan deliver that does it every time.

Wait what, Liara and her dad? What am I missing?

The Asari bartender on the Presidium is Liara's "dad."  She also was the bartender on Illum. Not sure if you have to speak to her in ME2 to get her to admit to that in ME3. And it's her father as in the giver of DNA but not the bearer of the child.

But you can then tell Liara(she was already aware) and eventually she'll go over and talk to her.

Matriarch Aethyta (the kickass Asari bartender on Illium) is Liara's "father".  You meet up with her at a bar on the Citadel, in the Presidium Commons.  You can Charm Liara into having a conversation with her, and every word out of their mouths is pure comedy gold.

Also, let me state this.  ME3 is everything I ever hoped for, ever, and deserves all the high numbers reviews have given it - until...
