Coming for the PS3.

Looks like I'll need to get one, then.

The King's orders are absolute

I am so ready! And that wasn't the only Persona-related announcement of the day:

The new Persona 4 Arena game has a new trailer. Probably shouldn't watch the video if you haven't finished Persona 4 as a certain character appears at the end.

Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth. It appears to be some kind of crossover game combining Persona 3 and 4 in a chibi art style. It's for the 3DS.

Persona 4: Dancing All Night. Yeah. I guess this is kinda like Persona's answer to Theatrhythm. I'm not quite sure what to make of this one yet, but it might be fun to play. It'll be for the Vita.

Let's Play Chrono Trigger
Let's Play The Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past
Let's Play Final Fantasy VI

It's closer to Persona's companion game to Project Diva F - it's made by the same team who made the Hatsune Miku games, and looks to have either the same or very similar mechanics. Which, considering those games are fun as hell and Persona has awesome music means it'll likely be an awesome game.

Persona Q also might as well be a new Etrian Odyssey game from the sound of it - it's made by the guy who directed EO4 and seems to share many similarities with the series, but in a chibi Persona skin.

You know what's sad? I'd prolly buy that dancing game if I had a Vita.

I mean, man, Rise. :/

Boo!

It's too early to comment on anything about it, but I'm stoked that it is on the PS3.

I wonder how long will Persona 5 be localized. Persona 3 took over a year to localize and Persona 4 took only 5 months.

Though I would think its the former since non big JRPG publishes tend to take an entire year to localize games these days (Ni No Kuni).

Depends on how soon Atlus USA gets the script and can get the voice stuff working, and since it's more or less guaranteed that Persona 5 is getting releated in the US, I'd probably guess a Spring release in 2015 for the game.

I doubt it. Persona 3 and 4 are constructed in a manner where save points inside of the dungeons both break the flow of the game and are somewhat irrelevent - it's really not that hard or time consuming to teleport back out to the entrence, save, and then return to the floor you were on. Not any more so than it would be to backtrack to in dungeon save points.
