I got it in PSP format but haven't watched it yet. It seems very unique and stylish, and I've heard good things about it from several folks.

Winter Knight of the Unseelie Court

I saw Persona 4's debut episode. It was a good episode and seems pretty faithful, though they are moving pretty fast and had the first persona fight pretty early.

Also, the Persona summoning scene is as awesome and epic as it should be.
