Well, remember these movies are more based on the Ultimate Spidey comics than 616. And in that universe, Shocker is almost a comic relief villain in how much of a jobber he is.

Ultimate Electro also looks pretty scary. I like his design in the Spectacular Spidey cartoon, too. And he's voiced by Crispin Freeman. :D

At least I'm not the only one.

I do think he'd look better in a golden color or maybe more of a purple..... The lights in the hood could easily be removed in editting.
