^ That'd be an ideal solution IMO. Something that affects a bit of the dialogue and offers a bit of customization without affecting the intros and such too much.

I only played a dwarf in DAO because of the different origins. Being able to be an elf or a female qunari would be nice, but eh, whatever. It probably doesn't fit with being an Inquisitor.

Dragon Age Origins was like my favoraite or second favoriate game this generation (fighting with Super Mario Galaxy for the top slot) so I am still very optimistic about Dragon Age 3 despite the complaints of many of Dragon Age 2, though I was one of the few who though DA2 was fine. I did notice in prior presentations that there was a lot of attention towards open world (like in Witcher 3).

Not every game needs to be open world to be a great game so I hope DA3 doesn't go all out just so it can be like Skyrim. I am happy if DA2 has a simialr setup to DAO.

Oh for the poll ... I chose Elf since I normally use the Rouge Class since I normally find Warriors to be boring and slow, and I am not a fan of not being in the front line during combat all the time. It seems like Rouge is an "Elfish" thing to do (haha Steryotype) sorry Fenris :P

It's not fully open world. It's more like just...big fukkin levels. That are giant to begin with and you gain access to more areas within them as you progress through the game.
