people used to post on forums like they post on social media now.

I remember accessing this site on dialup. I wasn't allowed to connect online until after 10pm, but throughout the day when no one was paying attention I used to connect real fast to open a few threads, wait until they loaded, disconnected, and read at my leasure.

Used to print out the fanfiction subforum and read that in class.

~teh irc crew~ was a fun little clique that I mostly feel embarassed about when I remember some of my behavior there.

10 years of a running joke about a user that pretended to kill themselves.

I can't remember who, but when FFXII came out in japan someone wrote essientially a novels worth of words as a rewview trying to sell it as the best FF ever.

Valvados if you're out there I'm sorry for everything.

It's too harshly criticized. FFXII has some redeeming qualities, and FFXIII was significantly worse.

Perhaps it is in general.� And yeah sure there are far worse.� I just dislike any rpg system that rewards you by refilling your magic bar by running is circles between battle so you're never at less then 100% health unless you choose to be. Takes half the fun out when you have to go out of your way to handicap yourself even more then you need to then in your average FF.� It might as well just refill your HP and MP between fights and save you the trouble.
