Wow. I've watched a couple of episodes and some of them talk back to Ramsey (which is stupid on it's own), but at least some of them turn around, since he knows what he's doing.

That waitress Miranda is the BEST. She has such a great attitude and manages to handle everything with humor and self-respect. I hope every restaurant in town tries to steal her away after this, failing that I hope she joins the show as Ramsay's sidekick where they travel around the country engaging in *delightful patter* like some culinary Doctor Who. Seriously, she rules.
