Dali Underground
Overview
Dali Underground is the hidden industrial complex beneath the village, where machinery is used to manufacture and package Black Mages for shipment. The contrast between the underground factory and Dali's peaceful farmland above exposes the military infrastructure supporting Alexandria's expansion. Conveyor belts, storage rooms, machinery, and cargo facilities dominate the area, which is only accessible during the party's initial stay in Dali.
