I really believe that is what's going on here. We shouldn't act like a bunch of drama queens and turn this into a first amendment issue when it's really a property issue. The courts will follow due process in prosecuting the owners of the site. I personally think they will lose because there is a litany of evidence that they KNEW they were profiting from stolen material. Not trying to preach too much here but someone had to step in and be the voice of reason.
