Heaven help me, but I decided to buy Final Fantasy 13 when it was on sale for $10. I've heard a lot of mixed reviews on it, but I figured I'd give it a shot for that price.

I bought Digital Devil Saga 2 earlier today used from Gamestop. A good excuse to get back into playing the first one.

I bought Mario Kart 7 used on Amazon a few days ago. Should be here in a few days.

Currently Playing: Dark Cloud 2: 3 hours.
Also Playing: CT, FF VI, Solatorobo, Secret of Mana, Halo 4.
Just Finished: Fable II: 7 hours.

It's the best 2D Platformer since Yoshi's Island and Donkey Kong Country 2 rocked our worlds in 1995 (although LBP and DKCR are quite good too).

Now that the holidays are done I took my gift cards and went nuts. I got Dead Rising 2 Off The Record last Friday. Went to a different Best Buy Saturday for FFIV Complete and Dissidia 2 at $9.99 each, Then Sunday Halo Anniversary went on sale so it came home with me then,

Snap! Got it for £8 today (for ps3) and it's a great platformer from, shockingly, the Rayman people. Never thought I'd say that since after Rayman 3.

Also, FF13-2 which should arrive tomorrow...

Soul Calibur 5. The online aspect is fun, but the Single Player mode is bitterly disappointing - even more so when you consider that this was a series that took pride in Single Player elements.

1. Only three characters are playable in story mode.
2. There are no back stories for half the characters anywhere in the game. They're just there.
3. Only two characters have endings.

Needs more Seung Mina.
