You know, since I read it in the book, I had that whole scene played out in a really epic, dramatic way and, well...as much as the show has largely been awesome, that scene was a huge disappointment. They also should have saved some of her reveals for it.

Oberyn and Tyrion.

Now that's the show I fell in love with.

Snow Winterfell and Moon Door were a bit underwhelming indeed, though.

Overall though, one of the best episodes this season, reminded me of s1 for some reason.

Man he ain't got no one to pin that on! Marrilion weren't there! That's gonna make a lot of scenes next season make no fucking sense, or simply not exist.

Peter Dinkledge: FACE ACTOR.

The Mountain: "Yeah, hi yer grace, just over here indiscriminately killing dudes for no apparent reason, how can I help you?"
Cersei: "Blah blah blah kill my brother. Why are you killing these guys?"

What's funny about Dany x Daario is that the one time HBO could actually show hot consensual sex that doesn't involve prostitutes, they don't.

Well, Emilia Clarke doesn't do sex scenes anymore. She actually had that added to her contract between... seasons one and two, I think?

Looks like that amazing scene from Feast involving Biter trying to eat Brienne's face as she fights for dear life isn't going to happen. I had to fucking laugh at how easily The Hound dispatched him even though he was caught totally off guard, though.

Who else thinks that the Brienne and Pod storyline is going to be how the Lady Stoneheart reveal happens? It's the only thing that makes sense to me.
