Oh man, tax return time! Took the step into the current gen and got a PS4, and immediately bought a bunch of games I mostly already owned on other platforms/generations (new games are coming this year... and eventually):
Resident Evil HD
Tomb Raider
Sleeping Dogs
The Last of Us
Transistor
Dragon Age Inquistion

But I also got a couple of legit new games I didn't already own
Little Big Planet 3
Life is Strange

I had to do a run-through of Suikoden 1 first, so I'd have a save file to use for 2. So I only just got started on Suikoden 2.

About an hour and change into it. So far, the gameplay is a bit more refined compared to the original. Graphics are drastically better, but the music seems to be a bit of a step down (though not bad).

I'll let you know how it develops.

I kickstarted it but Pillars of Eternity finally came out and I'll probably be picking up Bloodborne tomorrow.

EDIT: Did get Bloodborne today. Played it an hour and a half and almost got the first shortcut open before I was killed and got pissy. Then realized that the blood vials are healing items and I need to press Triangle. Whoops. I guess that will make things easier. I just figured I would get some sort of Estus Flaskish item eventually and didn't think about it lol.

On a whim, Tales of Hearts R for the PSV.

I fell in love with the characters pretty immediately. Kor and Hisui have such a great antagonistic friendship.

There's no English voice track, which isn't terrible, except when it's clear that the subtitles/text don't match up with the spoken Japanese--and when it's clear that Kor's real name is acutally "Shin", and localization decided to change it. *shruggg?*
