Centra Excavation Site
Overview
The Centra Excavation Site is explored during a Laguna dream set years before the main story. It combines an outdoor military dig with tunnels, mechanical lifts, ancient structures, and cliffside exits overlooking the sea. Several optional interactions with detonators, loose boulders, hatches, and machinery alter the condition of the same structure when the party later enters Lunatic Pandora, making this one of the few areas where past actions have delayed consequences. The site also introduces Esthar's interest in the Crystal Pillar and the excavated Lunatic Pandora. It is a one-time dream location, so missed interactions cannot be repeated during the normal story.
