Timber
Overview
Timber is a railway-centered city under Galbadian occupation, with resistance activity hidden beneath an outwardly ordinary commercial district. Its streets connect the station, hotel, pub, television station route, shops, magazine office, and several small residential areas. The city contains numerous NPC conversations that change as the resistance mission deteriorates, and it introduces the long-range broadcast interference caused by Adel's tomb. Timber remains accessible later for shopping, Triple Triad, Pet Pals publications, Timber Maniacs material, and sidequest progress. Although early events are tightly scripted, later visits allow the city to be explored as a normal urban location with fewer restrictions.
